We are a Planned Urban Development (PUD) where every homeowner
and resident is subject to mandatory covenants. Select the

Modification Form
If you wish to make any changes to the exterior of your home,
please use the Architectural Modification Form provided to
do so. You may access this form by selecting the ‘Architectural
Form’ link. Once complete, please mail to: P.O. Box 717
Buford, Georgia 30515 or you can deposit in the drop box at
